With our nationwide lockdown predicted to last till at least March, it could be easy to be worried about your career getting put on hold due to lockdown. Whether you’re working from home, on furlough or looking for work during this difficult time it’s safe to say we’ve all had our fair share of worries due to the pandemic.

How can The AIM Group help?
One of the ways you can continue to develop your career with The AIM Group is through our Free Online Level 2 Courses. The courses are nationally accredited, which means they’re a great way to enhance your CV or develop skills that could be used for future jobs.
So far, since the first national lockdown was announced last year, we have placed over 8,000 learners into vocational qualifications!
What skills can I develop through the courses?
We have a huge range of courses on our website (in fact, we now have over 60!) which means there are many ways to help you strengthen your employability skills.
Some course of our courses can help you develop personal skills, such as Team Leading.
Other courses will help you develop industry-specific skills we have a great selection for those in the EDUCATION and CARE sectors!
We also have courses that reflect current topics today including ‘Living In A Fair and Diverse Society’ and ‘LGBT Inclusivity In The Workplace’.
What about Pre-Employability courses?
Our Pre-Employability courses are a little different, open to anyone currently in receipt of universal credit or another type of benefit. Unlike our other courses, these come with a guarantee of a job interview once you’ve completed the course.
Having recently launched our Pre-Employability division, we’ll be adding new and exciting courses and reaching out to more areas across England, so we recommend you keep an eye out on our webpage!
