Who Are The AIM Group?

The AIM Group was founded in July 2015 and was created due to the lack of career guidance that students had when coming to the end of school.

We specialise in school engagement presentations that focused on alternative routes for school leavers, like apprenticeships, and through our trusted training providers, offer vocational courses that help people understand mental health, learning disabilities and more in a much broader detail and as a result help young people. 

Today, we are one of the top websites that are dedicated to helping school leavers and NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) individuals to make a more informed choice about their future, as we can show these students that are different routes and opportunities to take instead of following the traditional routes like university, and more people are becoming aware of apprenticeships as a majority of parents prefer apprenticeships over university.

We INSPIRE through attending schools and job/career fairs and informing students of all the different apprenticeships available.

We DEVELOP those young students who choose to come on-board with us as we offer more than just a job opportunity we can offer them a career and constant guided support.

We EMPOWER students through their new qualification as with it, they can progress and move forward in a career they are passionate about.

We have had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest companies not only in the UK but in the world like Mercedes-Benz, Colas Rail, SSP, QA Apprenticeships and more as well as working within our local community with Essex County Council.

We work with 2,500 schools a year to talk about apprenticeship opportunities.

We present to 375,000 students per year.

We place 12,000 people onto vocational qualifications a year.

We work with 1232 employers, NEET Organisations and training providers.

Our mission is to ensure that every young person is given an equal opportunity to succeed in a career of their choice, no matter what their background is.

We are constantly trying to find ways to better inform parents who might not know about the alternative opportunities that are available to parents which is why we developed our parent pack.

We have all had different paths in life, and this is especially true at The AIM Group; some of gone to university, some left school at 16 and some more recently have done apprenticeships.
